| Went to an Italian restaurant near work, Pasta Cucina Rustica. I ordered the Capanelle Pesto pasta and the portion is huge. It came with a side salad and garlic bread. So much food. Way too much for one person. I ended up eating it for Thursday night and Friday lunch. This would be perfect for two people. I just totally forgot that cream sauce makes me full really fast. I can probably eat this for three meals. Just a little reflection on my life lately, work, school, and YouTube. It's really overwhelming. But it's good because I'm so busy lately. When I'm busy I don't think about stuff. Over the years, I now have a new understanding of life, fate, and people. After I retire from work, I will live a carefree life, moving from country to country and see the world. After I get sick and not able to take care of myself, I will come back to the US to die. |
